RKM: Comcast Service Disruptions – Phones impacted

Xfinity/Comcast which powers RKM’s voice and data in our office continues to have service interruptions sporadically throughout each day. This has been occurring since the storm event.

Comcast’s latest update indicates they are hopeful the service issue will be resolved this evening, March 6.

This service interruption has created issues with our phone system. We apologize for this inconvenience.
